3 lessons from making $200k+ in 3 months
The on-screen text and the speaker's direct engagement with the camera immediately capture attention by promising valuable insights from a high financial achievement.
“First of all, I've noticed that every time I ignore my intuition and I do something because somebody else thinks I should do it, my body will stop me.”
The speaker shares a personal lesson about trusting intuition, explaining how ignoring it leads to physical and mental resistance, building relatability and offering a practical life tip.
“My body will stop me. I will actively avoid it like fully, fully just like tap out of the conversation. I used to think it's because I'm being lazy, I'm being undisciplined. And now I notice it's because my intuition is like, bitch, you're gonna hate that, stop doing that. Like that's not a good idea, you're not going to enjoy that.”
A second crucial lesson is delivered: making any decision is better than making no decision, encouraging viewers to take action and avoid stagnation.
“Second of all, is that no decision is worse than any decision that you ever make. If you make a decision, at least you fucking move. There's not many things that you can't undo.”
The third lesson addresses imposter syndrome and the importance of self-compassion, highlighting that being a good role model doesn't require perfection.
“And lastly, is that I am always going to feel like a fraud and to not breathe airtime into that. There are parts of what I teach which I sometimes fall out of rhythm on.”
The speaker uses personal examples of not batch filming content and feeling like a fraud to demonstrate vulnerability and authenticity, reinforcing that perfection isn't necessary.
“Like I usually batch film all of my content. I swear by batch filming all of my content. Today, I am filming this video because I have not batch filmed my content and I need to film this week. That doesn't feel so good and it makes me feel like I'm a fucking fraud, but actually what makes me realize is that I'm just a human and I have a life. I had my birthday, I was seeing friends, I'm in Barcelona. Everything is a little bit crazy and I'm allowed to not be perfect and I'm allowed to still teach on that subject. Noticing good role model does not mean perfect role model, not the same thing.”
