CreatorHouse ("we", "our", or "us") operates the creatorhouse.app website and platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our service.

  • Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our platform, including pages visited, features used, and actions taken.
  • Content Data: Instagram content URLs, analysis results, transcriptions, and saved projects you create within the platform.
  • Payment Information: Billing details processed securely through our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.
  • Device Information: Browser type, IP address, device type, and operating system.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve our services.
  • Process transactions and manage your account.
  • Analyze Instagram content and generate insights as part of our core service.
  • Send service-related communications and updates.
  • Monitor usage patterns to improve user experience.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

4. AI Processing

Our platform uses artificial intelligence (powered by third-party AI providers) to analyze content, generate transcriptions, and provide insights. Content you submit for analysis may be processed by these AI services. We do not use your content to train AI models.

5. Instagram Messages

If you link an Instagram account in Settings, messages you send from it to @creatorhouse.app (text, links, shared reels or posts, photos, videos and voice notes) are received through Meta's Instagram API and saved as ideas in your CreatorHouse workspace. We also read that account's username to match it to your workspace. Messages from accounts that aren't linked are not kept. If you unsend a message, we stop using it and keep a copy only for support, debugging and resolving disputes. We don't keep story mentions.

To delete this data, unlink the account in Settings, delete the ideas in CreatorHouse, or email [email protected] to have all data from your Instagram account deleted.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

  • Service Providers: Third-party services that help us operate our platform (hosting, payments, analytics, AI processing).
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights.

7. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and security practices. We use Supabase for data storage and Cloudflare for content delivery, both of which maintain robust security measures.

You have the right to:

  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data.
  • Opt out of marketing communications.
  • Withdraw consent for data processing where applicable.

Our service is not intended for users under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
