CreatorHouse is an AI-powered platform that helps content creators research, analyze, and remix Instagram content. Our services include content analysis, transcription, competitor monitoring, and AI-assisted script generation.

3. Account Registration

To use our service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service.
• Use automated systems to access the service in a manner that exceeds reasonable usage.

• Upload or transmit malicious code or content.

5. Content & Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any original content you create using our platform (e.g., remixed scripts). However, you grant us a limited license to store and process your content as needed to provide our services.

Instagram content analyzed through our platform remains the property of its original creators. Our service provides analysis and insights for research purposes. You are responsible for ensuring your use of analyzed content complies with applicable copyright laws and Instagram's terms of service.

6. Subscription & Payments

Some features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

• Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
• Token-based features (transcription, analysis) are non-refundable once consumed.

7. Token System

Certain features of our service operate on a token-based system. Tokens are consumed when you use features such as transcription and content analysis. Token allocations depend on your subscription plan and do not roll over between billing periods.

8. AI-Generated Content

Our platform uses AI to generate scripts, analyses, and other content. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before use.

9. Limitation of Liability

CreatorHouse is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
