How To Become a 10x AI-Native Developer Ep.7 of 7

0:00Hook

The video starts with an on-screen title stating it's episode 7 of 7 of a series on becoming a 10x AI-Native Developer and mentions the speaker's AI coding stack helps ship over 30 PRs in a day, immediately establishing expertise and value.

“This is my current AI coding stack that helps me ship over 30 PRs in a single day.”

The speaker introduces the video as the final part of a series and briefly recaps previous topics, setting context for both new and returning viewers.

“This is video 7 of 7 in my How to Become a 10x AI Native Engineer series. And in the earlier videos, we talked about creating verification skills and how it's probably the biggest investment you can make into your AI coding stack. And how I leverage verification skills and cloud coding agents to create 24/7 on call software engineers that fixes bugs for me while I sleep.”

The speaker details his current AI coding stack, emphasizing the rapid evolution of AI tools and specifying the exact date of filming to manage expectations about tool relevancy.

“And for the final video in this series, I wanted to go over what my current AI coding stack is at the time of filming, which is October 19th, 2026. I want to be very specific about the time of filming this video because the AI industry moves so quickly. And even from the time of starting this series to ending it with this final video, my coding stack has changed so much.”

He explains his use of Grok Bot with Cursor Cloud coding agents as an 'on-call engineer' for bug fixes, illustrating its automated error reproduction, fixing, and merging capabilities.

“So to start things off, I still use a ton of Grok Bot, both for personal and for work stuff. I primarily use Grok Bot with Cursor Cloud coding agents as my 24/7 on call engineer, which I talked about earlier in this video series. Essentially, whenever a user uses my app Yorby, which is an AI social media marketing tool, whenever an error is thrown, it automatically gets sent over to my Yorby Error fix Grok Bot over here. It reproduces the exact error in its own sandboxed computer environment, fixes it with the real data that caused that original error. Verifies the fix is all done with screenshots, video recordings, unit tests, end to end tests, you name it, and then it goes off and actually merges for me if it's a relatively low risks change. So I use Grok Bot Cloud Agents primarily as my on call engineer that fixes any bugs for me, so I can focus on the main feature work.”

The speaker discusses his choice of OPUS 5.5 for primary feature work, noting the hype around it and his personal trust in it for ambitious tasks due to its extensive usage capacity compared to other models.

“And in terms of what I use for my primary feature work, right now, I'm using a lot of OPUS 5.5. There's been a lot of hype around this model being so good. This is real AGI, is it? I mean, it's good. Can I honestly tell the difference between GPT 6.1, OPUS 5.5, Grok 4.7? Not really. But so many other people just hype up OPUS 5.5, that I'm just more inclined to trust OPUS 5.5 to handle bigger and a more ambitious tasks. But I will confirm that with Cloud OPUS 5.5, you get so much more use as compared to any GPT or Grok model. It's kind of insane. I've never even gotten close to running out with OPUS 5.5, which is not the case a couple of months ago.”

He briefly introduces T3 code as an open-source tool for managing multiple AI models, highlighting his subscriptions to major providers and hinting at a future deep dive.

“And while I primarily use it in the Cloud desktop app, I have been playing around with T3 code, which is an open source like a genetic harness for your harness. That lets you use multiple different models because I do have a subscription from each of the four big providers, Google, Grok, Claude, and OpenAI. And it's pretty good. I'll probably dive deeper into a full on T3 code review later on in the future.”

The speaker concludes by summarizing his setup and inviting viewers to follow for future content and suggest topics for new videos.

“And if you're interested in seeing that, then make sure to follow. But that is my coding setup. Grok Bot with Claude Agents, and then OPUS 5.5 powering everything on my day to day. Hope you enjoyed this little video series. If there's anything else you want me to talk about and make videos about, let me know in the comments down below.”
