…thanks for watching pillow talk w/ my me & my hubs.

we’ve been together 12-13ish years…(idk & im terrible with dates & he’s asleep rn).

He is my biggest fan. I have a hard time believing anybody is “self made”…w/o his support, the yap challenge & everything that’s happened recently wouldn’t be a reality.

after I had our son 3yrs ago, I started to go into a full blown career identity crisis. he told me, “you don’t have to work if you don’t want to. being a mom is enough of a job, I’ll handle the rest.”

and he did.

…for yearrrsss as I wrestled with what the heck I was going to do next (and simultaneously running a few more cohorts of my binge eating recovery program). I love being an entrepreneur but I felt lost. he fought to get promotion after promotion (software engineer) to cover our bills so I didn’t feel much pressure to bring in money.

He kept telling me “you have to do what you like & what lights you up!” One time I asked him, “well, what do you like to do? What do you want to do in your career?”

His response… “I don’t worry about liking it, I’m focused on providing.”

I can’t thank each of YOU enough for all the support you’ve shown on my page & w/ the yap challenge.

It’s been the greatest gift to say to Hung…”you know what babe, I’ve got it. it’s your turn to dream and imagine a future that lights you up.”

…no, he hasn’t quit his job nor does he plan too lol.
