Sugar isn’t just a waistline issue 👀 Every time you eat refined sugar, you trigger a cascade of inflammation that reaches your brain. Over time, this can impair memory, cloud your thinking, and significantly raise your risk for cognitive decline. Luckily your brain is remarkably resilient! ✨ Once you cut the refined sugar, you can start to restore clarity, focus, and long-term protection — much faster than you might think. If you’re ready to kick your sugar addiction, drop a YES below and I’ll DM you my 10 Day Detox Program and show you exactly how to start.

First of all sugar is not good for your brain. Your brain on sugar is essentially a depressed, demented brain. and also a hyperactive brain. You know, all it takes is a parent to have ever gone to a kid's birthday party to tell you that. The kids are eating the cake and the ice cream, they're bouncing off the walls, and it's a bad scene. But the drivers of problems with brain and sugar are meat eaters with multiple pathways. A lot of it has to do with the insulin that I talked about before and then some resistance and its effect on cognitive function over time. We know that when you eat a lot of sugar, it turns into crème brûlée in your brain, and that creates crusts and amyloid and plaques, and this is what leads to Alzheimer's and dementia. So definitely bad for your brain. It's also been linked to depression, been linked to tension deficit disorder. So it's really not a good thing for your brain.
